Our Facility
Six unfurnished workspaces are available to artists in all media, with studio sizes ranging from 93 to 139 square feet. Resident artists are not tenants, and studio access is provided as part of a monthly membership—not as a lease. Membership fees vary slightly depending on the size of the assigned studio, ranging from $55.09 to $65.02 per month. These fees help offset the cost of administrative services, artist programming, facility maintenance, and other operational needs that support the mission of the Magnolia Art Xchange.
